If your skin becomes sun-stricken, try this natural remedy that is rich in antioxidants. You will need ten blueberries and a tablespoon of natural yogurt. Run the blueberries through a food processor or mash them with a fork and then mix them together with the yogurt.
Spread the mixture onto your face as you would a regular face mask. Leave for 15 minutes and then rinse off.
The reason this combination works is because blueberries are packed with vitamins E and C, which moisturise and repair skin, as well as protect against the fine lines that the sun causes. The lactic acid in the yogurt helps to exfoliate the layers of the epidermis that have been damaged by the sun.
