Relax in a your own home-made spa

At the end of a long hard day, there is nothing quite as relaxing as long soak in the bath. And now, instead of just letting all your stresses and strains wash away, add some natural ingredients to the water and get yourself a natural and inexpensive spa treatment, too.

All you need is a large handful of natural oats (the porridge variety is fine), the same amount of Epsom Salts, two large handfuls of Dead Sea Salt, three tablespoons of vanilla extract and two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Make sure that the water is not too hot (you’re not a lobster, and very hot water can be damaging – ask a lobster!), and swirl all the ingredients into it. Wait for five minutes for everything to dissolve, then simply add yourself and enjoy.

Not only will you emerge feeling totally de-stressed, but you’ll also look and smell absolutely gorgeous.
